After an unintentional hiatus, I'm back with the boss herself - my book publishing coach, Janine Hernandez! While she's a coach, best selling author, podcaster, mother, and all around businesswoman, we'll be talking about another title of hers: survivor. In this episode, Janine shares her story of narcissistic abuse as told in her book, "The Light: In Time of Darkness". Does nothing you ever do seem to be good enough for your partner? Do they constantly gaslight you? Are they never in the wrong? Do they start a fight and then pretend as if nothing ever happened after? If so, you should definitely listen to this episode, because you are probably with a narcissist. When we haven't experienced something ourselves, it's easy to place judgment and blame on others (guilty as charged), so I wanted to give Janine a chance to tell her side of the story and hopefully help others in the process.
Take a stroll down memory lane with me and pole-dancer/instructor Bad Aby. In this awkward and embarrassing episode that absolutely ages us, we delve into our experience in the Bay Area go-go dancing scene; from our most embarrassing moments half naked, to being mistaken for a hooker, to the "boots with the fur". More than just 7" acrylic heels and sultry moves, the CA super fly weight Muay Thai champ is also a champion for those honing their sexuality and the power that comes with it, to help women find the Goddess they used to be or never thought they were.
Seven months late for Filipino American History Month, but just in time for AAPI heritage month, I bring you not one, but two guests for episode 3 of the podcast. I interview the infamous ladies man James "Bong" Jovi in hopes of finding him his one (or three) true love(s) as well as Dennis Barcelon, the creator behind the hilarious character with the bad wig and great accent. Tune in to hear how a pandemic hobby turned into a passion, advice on how to get started in a seemingly oversaturated market, and most importantly - find out what the hell is going on with Robbie and Marites!
GATNB day 1s and anyone who knows anything about me, will know that Rach is one of my bestest friends. You may know her as your "other favorite blogger" and an absolute BOSS, but I also have the pleasure of knowing her as one of the most selfless and inspiring humans I know. In this episode, we navigate a decade of friendship - even the hard stuff like friendship break-ups, how to have difficult conversations and motherhood. But don't worry, there's a lot of dildo, ratchet and bad decision talk in between. Tune in for snorts, giggles and the potential return of Raaachem.com!
Three months late, but we're finally back! Thank you so much for your patience while I got my shit (barely) together. For season 2, I decided to come full circle and bring back the lovely lady who started it all with me - Miss Fab of On the Hotline. Tune in to see what's changed (new boo) and what hasn't (old struggles). This time, Fab introduces us to her new course, "How to Not Suck at Dating" and we get real about ghosting, our favorite red flags, East Coast vs. West Coast dating, and more. We also answer some your listener questions including the one that asked if Fab and I would ever have a threesome together ...
I was supposed to be taking a break, but the tea about Netflix's new series Sex/Life was almost as hot as the sex, so you know I had to go there! While the writing is trash, the storyline is enough of a hot mess express for me to hop on board. So grab a nice, stiff drink and vent along with me and my girl Dre as we talk about all the things that made us want to punch Sarah Shahi's character Billie in the face. From love triangles, to swinger parties, to sharing booty-calls with your best friend - WE GO IN. So tune in to see if we're Team Brad or Team Cooper, and help us answer the age-old question, "Can you have it all?"
In the final episode of season 1, I chat with one of Yahoo Finance's Top 10 business coaches who also happens to be an amazing mother, fearless entrepreneur, and one of my dearest friends - Mariela de la Mora. Dubbed the "Queen of the Pivot" (by me) we discuss how she's managed to reinvent herself and not only survive, but thrive through the different stages of her life including childhood trauma, two divorces, and leaving the six figure corporate world to start her own business. Through her leadership, Mariela is helping women of color break glass ceilings and through this interview, she will definitely help you summon your inner phoenix.
Ever wonder what goes on inside the head of a writer who can effortlessly stroke your ego and the small of your back, with the stroke of a pen? Find out in today's episode featuring Ralphie Tavira, the boss babe behind Ralphiespeaks.com (think poetic GATNB vibes w/ way more confidence and hustle!). We get real about the pros and cons of being with a writer, how to slide out of the DMs and into them draws, and see if you got what it takes to date an "Alpha Female". Grab a cocktail and get loud, sexy and raw with us in episode 9!

They say "Better late than never," so here is Episode 8 in honor of Mental Health Awareness month. Ladies, you know I always have your back, but this one is dedicated to the men who want to start their healing journey and are struggling to find a safe space or time to do so. I reached out to Daniel Bilog; hypnotherapist, coach, and mens circle facilitator. We talk about why it's hard for some men to take accountability of their feelings, why vulnerability can be so taboo, and what in the world hypnotherapy is. Tune in as we discuss stigmas around men and mental health, and (hopefully) help women understand them along the way.

In this long awaited episode, you'll get to know the shy, 20-year-old single mother who immigrated from the Philippines and hear how she turned into the crazy, confident and outspoken *cringe* MILF she is now. We go down memory lane and talk dating, cage dancing and the reason why I gave her a 3-drink limit. Grab a pen and paper, because she also shares motherhood advice and the secret to eternal youth.
