Rescently a wave of denonciation started around the world. People creating instagram page to denonce their abuser annonymously. Even well knowned actors and personnalities are getting exposed. In this episode Renee and Maria decided to talk about a touchy subject that clearly conserne everyone. From the history of #Metoo and personal experiences, this episode was very educational and interesting. We would like to give a personal thank you to an instagram page called @survivorsanon for helping us put a light on the mouvement. Their page is a 100% dedicated to give sexually abused survivors a safe space to denonce their abuser in total anonymity. This episode is specially dedicated to the memory of Vanessa Guillen
Fuck friends or friends with benefits? What is the difference? Are there any rules? And how do we deal with the whole relationship? Maria and Renee decided to dig into the subject of having a "sexually beneficial" relationship and what it involves. Obviously the girls have their share of anecdotes to share.

First dates can make it or break it. Well, in Maria's mind, a first date is the perfect opportunity to get killed. In any case, before that big moment, we think of what to wear, where to go, what to do, what to say and especially how to impress him/her. However, Renee and Maria are definitely not the same type of first date, which makes this conversation even more interesting.

Have you ever been catcalled to the point of feeling unconfortable? You are completely right to feel that way, at the end of the day, we are not pieces of meat for men to "approve or not". We are talking about this subject that seems so normalized in our society and in different cultures. We called two friends, a woman and a man, to hear their opinions and perspective about this matter and tell us about what they have experienced. Our friends are giving us some good advice as well on how to face men or people making you feel uncomfortable when you're just trying to go about your day.

In this fifth episode, we had the honour of interviewing Eve Mackenzie Stiles. To celebrate pride month, we wanted to sit down with her and ask her everything we are too afraid to ask. From transitioning, to coming out to a Latin family, to changing her name 3 times until finding the right one, we had a very fun talk. Eve opened the doors (figuratively speaking) to her home in Indiana and told us everything about her life and how it is to live as an Undocumente Trans Latina.
Do not forget to follow her on Instagram and Twitter at @eveelociraptor or reach out to her if you have more questions or would like to be her friend. She is definitely a friend of ours now after this ONE talk where she got to share her life with us, and we shared some of ours after the interview.

We all felt envy or bad vibes from some "friends" around us at some point. In this episode, we have Tori Mariah from @naturallytorii with us to talk about how this affects us and how we can prevent from becoming that person in our group of friends. Tori is talking from experience and telling us how she had to deal with this while trying to find herself and build her self confidence at the same time.
Do not forget to follow her on Youtube and Instagram and @naturallytori and watch her videos! Follow us at @girlstowomenpodcast or reach out to us at [email protected]. We love hearing from you.
