In this episode, my guests, of whom one was previously a law student and two current, share their thoughts and opinions about a GH Youtuber/Law student (Ama Governor) whose call to the Bar was put on hold. The hold was due to a Ghanaian citizen’s complaint of misconduct letter sent to the chief of justice of the Republic of Ghana. The citizen claims in this letter that Ama Governor as a law student, had breached the code of conduct for students at the Ghana School of Law and, therefore, lacks a good character to become a lawyer in Ghana.
Furthermore, my guests share their experiences as law students in the UK by highlighting thematics, such as challenges they have faced individually as black female aspiring lawyers.
