Many people think they have a right to say whatever it is they want about a person's body. Many people still struggle with loving themselves as a result of what they have faced from being body shamed. Many of us, myself included, have, at one time or another, body shamed others (I honestly feel bad thinking about this). What exactly is body shaming? How does it affect a person? Is it normal? Dress it affect only a particular gender? What age grade is affected most by this? How can it be solved? I sat with Miss Sonia, one of my colleagues to discuss this topic.
