We all experience it at some point, having an understanding partner is key and also know what to do during that time to get you out of that mood is paramount, for me I listen to musics. What about you?

Growing up we all had a feature we dislike about ourself.... I dislike my height I felt like I was the tallest you know....but now it’s the opposite.
