Adrian Roche is an international touring sound engineer based in Amsterdam in The Netherlands. Adrian’s vast array of international travel through his job has exposed him to many different experiences with cannabis and he is is now living in what has long been considered the world’s weed capital. Roadside Drug Testing Laws in Australia are discriminatory, and despite losing her seat in the 2022 Victorian Election, Fiona Patten is supporting the Legalise Cannabis Victoria Party’s bill to create protections for cannabis users.

In this episode we discuss the need for the law to be changed, why the Andrews Government essentially ignored the findings of the Inquiry Into Personal Cannabis Use, what civilians can do to lobby their local representatives as well as a brief discussion about decriminalization vs. legalisation.
