Hey friends! We took a few weeks off to rest and reset, which was actually much harder than I expected it to be. Does anyone else sometimes struggle with rest?? I have had to put the recording of "self care is not selfish" on repeat in my head. But we are back and better than ever!
BUT I NEED YOUR HELP!!! I am wanting to hear your story. I want to hear how YOU have given yourself the room you need to be who you are. Maybe you're still stuck in the hallway just staring at the room you want to enter. I get it. I've been there. Sometimes I'm still there. We will get there together. Let me help share your story, and show you just how much of a warrior you are.
