To all mothers out here, I want to say THANK YOU! I wanted to give you all your flowers because the world doesn’t honor you enough. On this episode, I shared what it’s like being a young mother, a mother dealing with an impaired child, a mother who is frustrated...in pain. A mother who has every right to question if having or becoming a mother was worth it. What it’s like to sacrifice your body, life and time to a full time commitment for a lifetime. I covered what it takes on your mental and why postpartum depression is real! I expressed the importance of the financial aspect of things. I hear your cry! I see when people are inconsiderate to you in public places! I see when you’re exhausted from birth and breastfeeding, yet you still give so much of yourself to your child and family, talk less of having to give up your own independence. I cover how you have to embrace the changes your body goes through, and how tiring it can be when you just want to sleep, yet you have to sacrifice more of yourself, when you can barely find or remember who YOU are at times. You are super heroes! I love you and I pray this episode opens the eyes of the world to be kinder to you.
