In this episode of Giving & Gabbing, we welcomed Higher-Ed fundraising specialist Michelle Mullins onto our show. Michelle is the Assistant Director of Integrated Marketing Strategy at the College of Charleston and oversees their annual Giving Day, CofC Day. The College hosted its second Giving Day on January 28, 2021, raising over $9.6 million in just 24 hours, a 90.76% increase from its inaugural campaign in 2020. Throughout the interview, Michelle shared her team's strategies that led to this significant growth, including donor challenges, live-stream content, and increased involvement and collaboration across departments.
