Today’s episode is a little more raw and vulnerable. I debated on whether or not to share some of the things in this episode but felt a duty to because we live in a world where there is so much glossiness, fakeness, and images of everyone living their best life…and hey, I’m a high vibe person on many days, and I’m all for everyone living their best life, but let’s be real. We’re not meant to be happy and jolly all the time (wouldn’t it be weird to be all smiles at a funeral?) 

I think there’s so much to learn from the struggle, challenges, and breakdown. I broke one of my rules - not to talk about stuff until it’s been worked through - because well, I don’t know when that’s going to happen? You can literally hear it in my voice. I also want to be authentic with you and share what it’s really been like this year.
