Giving Grief a Place to Land: Practical Tools for Processing Loss in Transition - Part 2

Listen Later

In Part 2 of this two-part conversation, we continue exploring practical tools to help grief move through us, rather than lingering silently in the background of our lives.

In this episode, we focus on two additional practices:

Writing a Lament – a structured, expressive way to give voice to your grief, acknowledging both the pain and the significance of what has been lost.

Grief Circles – the power of community and shared presence, where witnessing and being witnessed can bring deep healing and connection.

These tools are not meant to erase grief, but to create safe spaces for it to be processed, witnessed, and honored. When we engage with grief intentionally, we begin to release its hold on our hearts and make room for hope, growth, and new rhythms of life.

Whether you’re navigating a recent transition or carrying losses from long ago, this episode offers guidance and gentle encouragement to help you give grief a place to land.
