There is something about an attitude of gratitude that is both discernible and desirable. It is endearing. It has a fragrance, whereas an attitude of entitlement has an odor. Gratitude can change the atmosphere. It can change the conversation. It is so powerful that it can change the potential in a relationship. To give, is an outward expression of an inward love. If giving is the expression of love from the giver, then shouldn't gratitude be the expression of love from the receiver? God gave Jesus out of the love in his heart. How should we respond to that?
