    The cup looks good on the outside, but how does it look within. A lot of times we focus so much on the outer appearance of our cup we don't realize that the inside of our cup is suffering. What is your focus on, the inside of the cup or the outside of the cup? The world around you is shaped by the inside of your cup. So if the world around you is suffering maybe your focus (within) is in hell. Whatever you do, focus on the InnerG as my brother Myrts Son would say.
