In this episode, I discuss with you why you should stop saying you don't have the "willpower" to do something, or you don't have enough "self-control" to look like a fitness model.

It's not about self-control, will power, discipline, or any of that. It kills me when people look at models and put themselves down because they don't have the inner "drive" to look that way.

It couldn't be any further from the truth.

It's actually because you have priorities. And I admire that. Now, it's your turn to admire yourself for that.
