We speak with David Webb, who is perhaps one of the nicest people in football. A former head of football, recruitment, and technical director, he has had multitudinous roles in leadership and management from Bournemouth to Wimbledon. 

We learn about David’s greatest strength and his incredible rise to the heights of English football from a council estate. He walks us through the inner sanctum discussions of how he becomes the link between the manager, board, senior level, and ownership, and how clubs decide their philosophy.
