He walks us through the inner sanctum discussions of how he becomes the link between the manager, board, senior level, and ownership, and how clubs decide their philosophy. He also tells us about the process of building a recruitment set up at Bournemouth to suit Eddie Howe, and David reflects fondly on Mauricio Pochettino's man-management style.
