This week's episode of Bainology Podcast focuses on the question often used in our society.  Do you see the glass as half full or half empty?  There was a national conversation in recent weeks that reminded me of this often-asked question. This is NOT an endorsement of any candidate, only personality traits that it allowed me to reflect upon.  There are strengths in both approaches, one just has to align with their perspective with the group's perspective.
