Paso por acá para compartir un mensaje muy especial, unas pequeñas palabras para iniciar este año 2024 👌🏻con buen ánimo y buen pie, debo confesar que tenía días con este video guardado, pero llego el momento de que saliera a la luz 😅

El inicio de un nuevo año suele ser una buena oportunidad para renovar nuestros objetivos, metas, sueños o cosas importantes por hacer, así que a través de este video quiero inspirarte a seguir adelante en el camino como creador de contenido, que a veces no es un camino de rosas, pero aún en ese proceso nos disfrutamos las espinas jajajaja

No es fácil luchar todos los días con la flojera, la sequía de ideas, el preguntarnos si valdrá la pena, en fin son tantas cosas, pero lo más importante de todo esto es creer en nosotros mismos y ser muy disciplinados para lograr esos objetivos mientras superamos cualquier obstáculo, una de las claves para el éxito será la perseverancia.

### **Hola gente bella** 

Que bueno estar por acá compartiendo con ustedes la evidencia de lo que fue una gran jornada llena de amor y cariño para muchas personas de mi municipio.

La actividad inició desde la noche anterior en la que me estuvimos preparando todos elementos necesarios para que fuera un total éxito.

Preparamos 80 arepas rellenas de carne mechada, y un rico café caliente, me estuvieron acompañando unas personas que nos sirvieron como voluntarios, para realizar esta jornada.

Todo estuvo muy bien, fue de gran éxito todo, y aprovecho de dar las gracias a todos los colaboradores y donantes, que hacen posible esta gran actividad, ¡muchísimas gracias!

### **Hello beautiful people**

How nice to be here sharing with you the evidence of what was a great day full of love and affection for many people in my town.

The activity began the night before and we were preparing all the necessary elements to make it a total success.

We prepared 80 arepas filled with shredded meat, and a delicious hot coffee, I was accompanied by some people who served as volunteers, to carry out this journey.

¡Estos días son una locura total, 🤪de repente está un tremendo sol radiante y espectacular y de la nada se empiezan a poner unas nubes oscuras y ¡pum! 🙊 Cae una fuerte tormenta.

Así que sin pensarlo tanto decidimos ir a la plaza Bolívar de nuestro municipio a comer rosquillas. 🙊

Este dulce a mis niñas les encanta... no solo a ellas yo las amo, son tan crujientes y ricas, estás en particular tienen un rico sabor a leche dulce🥰

Aproveche de sacar unas bonitas fotografías, he estado haciendo ejercicios, caminando, corriendo y creo que estoy más flaca, 🧘🏻‍♀️así que no se extrañen y la verdad es que no sé si lo necesito, pero me han gustado estos días fitness jajaja

So without thinking so much we decide to go to the Bolivar square of our municipality to eat donuts. 🙊

This candy my girls love... not only them I love them, they are so crunchy and rich, these in particular have a rich sweet milk flavor🥰.

I took the opportunity to take some nice pictures, I've been working out, walking, running and I think I'm skinnier, 🧘🏻‍♀️así not to be missed and the truth is I don't know if I need it, but I've been loving these fitness days hahahaha.

Creo que no hay nada más emocionante y divertido qué ver la forma en la que se elabora tu comida o en este caso tu dulce favorito.

Me gusta ver y estudiar el proceso que sufre la materia prima de algún producto comestible, recuerdo que veía en la televisión un programa en la que mostraban todas las fases de producción para la elaboración de un producto y a mí me encantaba, me mantenía allí enganchada a la pantalla.

Así que cuando me dijeron que teníamos una cita para visitar **Chocobaha** no lo pensé dos veces, y me uní a esta magnífica experiencia.

I think there is nothing more exciting and fun than to see how your food or in this case your favorite candy is made.

I like to see and study the process that the raw material of an edible product undergoes, I remember watching on TV a program in which they showed all the stages of production for the elaboration of a product and I loved it, it kept me hooked to the screen.

So when I was told that we had an appointment to visit **Chocobaha** I didn't think twice, and I joined this magnificent experience.



¡Ok!, debo decir que encontrar el lugar fue una aventura jajajaja me perdí tratando de ubicar la dirección, pues normal en mí, pero para mi defensa la dirección sí estaba complicada, pero una vez que llegue al sitio me dio la sensación de que estaba en un campo, *¡el viento pegaba superfuerte!*, lo que me impidió dejarles el audio original del video, pues no se entiende mucho de lo que se explica por causa del viento.

Llegue temprano lo que me dio la oportunidad de poder charlar con parte del personal e incluso con la encargada de la marca, estuvimos compartiendo como ha sido su experiencia en la industria del chocolate, sus experiencias, y visitas qué les hayan quedado en el corazón, me dijeron que cuando realizan tours a los niños es algo que les fascina, pues conocer sus experiencias y la cara que ponen al ver el chocolate es algo emocionante para ellos.

OK! , I must say that finding the place was an adventure hahahaha I got lost trying to locate the address, as normal for me, but for my defense the address was complicated, but once I got to the site gave me the feeling that I was in a field, *the wind was super strong!*, which prevented me from leaving the original audio of the video, because you do not understand much of what is explained because of the wind.

I arrived early which gave me the opportunity to chat with some of the staff and even with the person in charge of the brand, we were sharing how has been their experience in the chocolate industry, their experiences, and visits that have stayed in their hearts, they told me that when they make tours to children is something that fascinates them, because knowing their experiences and the face they make when they see the chocolate is something exciting for them.



Una vez que inicio el tour nos dieron la primicia de conocer a los primeros **"cacaitos"** los primeros frutos de una pequeña siembra de cacao qué tienen en su parcela.


Allí también nos explicaron las plagas qué pueden llegar a afectar a estas plantas y nos mostraron una hoja infectada, es un gusano qué va comiendo poco a poco las hojas hasta eliminarlas.

Nos explicaron los tipos de cacao, qué existen en nuestro país, los cuales son: **el criollo, trinitario y forastero**, el Sr Luis, quien fue nuestro guía y además presidente de la fábrica, nos dio a conocer la diferencia entre cada mazorca de cacao y como dato curioso nos dijo que en una mazorca de cacao criollo se pueden obtener granos o semillas tanto de trinitario, forastero y por supuesto criollo.

Once the tour started we were given the scoop to meet the first **"cacaitos"** the first fruits of a small cocoa planting they have in their plot.


There they also explained the pests that can affect these plants and showed us an infected leaf, it is a worm that gradually eats the leaves until they are eliminated.

They explained the types of cocoa, which exist in our country, which are: **the creole, trinitarian and outsider**, Mr. Luis, who was our guide and also president of the factory, showed us the difference between each cocoa pod and as a curious fact he told us that in a criollo cocoa pod we can obtain beans or seeds of both trinitario, forastero and of course criollo.



El cacao qué se utiliza en esta fábrica es cacao criollo, lo que garantiza un cacao de una óptima calidad. Conocimos el paso a paso de todo el proceso que sufre el grano de cacao antes de ser consumido.

Primero el cacao debe ser tostado al sol en un horario de **8:00 am a 11:00 am y de 3:00 pm a 5:00 pm,** ya qué es el momento en el que la temperatura de sol no está tan abrasiva, porque si se pasa en el proceso del tostado genera un sabor amargo qué no sirve para el consumo, así que esta etapa considero que es la más crucial.

Ellos también poseen una máquina qué fue elaborada de manera artesanal por ellos mismos y que tiene partes de una tarjeta de microondas, una resistencia eléctrica y otros componentes qué ellos suelen utilizar esta máquina a veces para realizar el proceso del tostado.

The cocoa used in this factory is criollo cocoa, which guarantees a cocoa of optimum quality. We learned the step by step process that the cocoa bean undergoes before being consumed.

First the cocoa must be roasted in the sun from **8:00 am to 11:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm,** since it is the time when the sun temperature is not so abrasive, because if it is passed in the roasting process generates a bitter taste which is not useful for consumption, so this stage I consider to be the most crucial.

They also have a machine that was handmade by themselves and has parts of a microwave card, an electrical resistance and other components that they use this machine sometimes to perform the roasting process.



¡Luego!, ese cacao tostado también pasa por el molino el cual va a generar los granos de cacao quebrados para allí ser procesados, para el consumo qué conocemos, lo curioso de esto es que el producto del proceso de molienda es conocido como **Nibs** y es que estas semillas tostadas, fermentadas, descascarilladas, y molidas, se pueden usar para acompañar una dieta saludable con yogurt, ensaladas, batidos y muchas comidas, yo la verdad no conocía este suplemento proteico genial para darles un giro a nuestras comidas.

Luego de eso este producto molido pasa a una especie de **"batidora"** en la que vamos a obtener una pasta de cacao para elaborar estas ricas tabletas del chocolate, y *¿saben?* Esta pasta debe pasar 3 días rotando a través de piedras de jade para garantizar un acabado sedoso sin grumos y que al paladar será como morder una nube.

Y este es el resultado de todo este tour, allí prepararon unos chocolates con un 70% y además con semillas de merey e incrustaciones de sal marina y este chocolate estaba demasiado bueno, la sal para nada invasiva más bien superamigable con el chocolate una combinación muy rica.

Then, that roasted cocoa also goes through the mill which will generate the broken cocoa beans to be processed there, for the consumption we know, the curious thing about this is that the product of the grinding process is known as **Nibs** and is that these roasted, fermented, shelled, and ground seeds, can be used to accompany a healthy diet with yogurt, salads, smoothies and many meals, I really did not know this great protein supplement to give them a twist to our meals.

After that this ground product goes to a kind of **"blender"** in which we will obtain a cocoa paste to make these rich chocolate bars, and *do you know?* This paste must spend 3 days rotating through jade stones to ensure a silky finish without lumps and that the palate will be like biting a cloud.

And this is the result of all this tour, there they prepared some chocolates with 70% and also with cashew seeds and incrustations of sea salt and this chocolate was too good, the salt was not at all invasive but rather super friendly with the chocolate, a very rich combination.



Ellos nos mostraron todos los productos que tienen a la venta al público, **chocomaní, chocomerey, nibs, chocolate 70%, chocolate 47%**, además de tener los chocolates personalizados a ciertas marcas e influencers de la zona.

La verdad es que fue una experiencia muy buena, llena de información y lo que más me gusta mucho chocolate.

Espero que pueda disfrutar este video y mis caras mientras me dan a probar chocolate fermentado 🙈 lo siento el chocolate fermentado tiene un gusto **"horrible"** y en la prueba olfativa salí quebrada jajaja así que bueno disfruten este video ponte cómodo y acompáñenme en esta visita a la fábrica de chocolate.

Te comento que esta fábrica de chocolate se llama **Chocobaha**, ubicada en la ciudad de **El Tigre, Venezuela** y es la responsable de reproducir en masas este chocolate 🍫 qué a todos nos gusta, durante un recorrido por sus instalaciones nos enseñaron como es el proceso de elaboración de este rico manjar.

I tell you that this chocolate factory is called **Chocobaha**, located in the city of **El Tigre, Venezuela** and is responsible for reproducing in masses this 🍫 chocolate that we all love, during a tour of their facilities they showed us how is the process of elaboration of this rich delicacy.



La materia prima, qué se utilizó para la elaboración de este chocolate, fue un Cacao de un 46% lo que dará como resultado un chocolate dulce y amigable al paladar, esto en combinación con **la semilla de merey** qué también es conocida como **anacardo o semilla de caju** y por si fuera poco las incrustaciones de **sal marina** que hace una explosión de sabores fabulosa.

Pareciera algo loco el combinar sal marina con chocolate, pero la sal hace qué el chocolate no sea tan invasivo al paladar e incluso hace aún más profundo el sabor del chocolate, mientras elaboraban este chocolate pregunte **¿cuál era el sabor más raro que han elaborado?** Y nos comentaron que una vez hicieron unos ¡bombones de chocolate con tocineta deshidratada y galleta!, según ellos esta combinación era suculenta.

Esta presentación del Chocochain esta buenísima me gustó demasiado, también nos dieron a probar chocolates de un 70% (muy bueno), de 46% y combinaciones como chocolate con maní y merey... Está con escarchas de sal marina, fue mi favorita.

The raw material, which was used for the elaboration of this chocolate, was a cocoa of 46% which will result in a sweet and palate friendly chocolate, this in combination with **cashew seed** which is also known as **cashew nut or cashew seed** and as if that were not enough the incrustations of **sea salt** which makes a fabulous explosion of flavors.

It may seem crazy to combine sea salt with chocolate, but the salt makes the chocolate not so invasive to the palate and even makes the chocolate flavor even deeper, while they were making this chocolate I asked **what was the weirdest flavor they have made** and they told us that once they made some chocolate balls with dehydrated bacon and cookie, according to them this combination was succulent.

This presentation of the Chocochain is very good, I liked it very much, they also gave us to taste chocolates of 70% (very good), of 46% and combinations like chocolate with peanuts and cashew.... This one with sea salt frosting was my favorite.

El proceso fue algo artesanal ya qué no utilizan máquinas tan modernas, incluso nos explicaron qué la mayoría de estas máquinas son elaboradas por ellos mismos con el injerto de varias piezas, así que el resultado final es un chocolate qué no tiene que envidiarle nada a las grandes industrias.

Y lo que más me gustó es que este chocolate es sin nada de aditivos químicos, puro ¡Cacao y amor!, lo que garantiza un buen producto, y a su vez un resultado amigable con todos los que lo degusten.

Si tienen la oportunidad de visitar la ciudad de **El Tigre** pueden agendar un tour por esta pequeña fábrica y conocer todas las delicias qué ellos elaboran con productos 100% naturales 🍫🍬🍪🍩

The process was somewhat artisanal since they do not use modern machines, they even explained to us that most of these machines are made by themselves with the grafting of several pieces, so the end result is a chocolate that has nothing to envy to the big industries.

And what I liked the most is that this chocolate is without any chemical additives, pure cocoa and love, which guarantees a good product, and at the same time a friendly result with all those who taste it.

Me gusta poder asistir a los eventos que se realizan en mi ciudad con respecto a #hive el poder compartir con nuevas personas e incluso conocer al talento qué posee nuestra colmena, además el poder socializar y conocerles para mí es bastante enriquecedor, en muchas ocasiones aprendo algo nuevo en cada conversación. 


El día inicio con una visita a la fábrica de chocolates donde nace el famoso **Chocochain** el chocolate de #Hive qué por cierto por allí *(estoy preparando esa publicación)* no bastando con eso decidimos realizar un **Meet Up** en el que pudimos compartir con varios Hiver, algunos estaban de visita en la ciudad y así que aprovechamos.

The day started with a visit to the chocolate factory where the famous **Chocochain** the #Hive chocolate is born, which by the way is over there *(I'm preparing that publication)* not enough with that we decided to make a **Meet Up** in which we could share with several Hiver, some were visiting the city and so we took advantage of it.

La cita fue en un bonito y agradable lugar llamado **Recco Café**, ya había visitado este sitio anteriormente, así que sabía que la íbamos a pasar muy bien 😉

En el lugar pude compartir con varias chicas de la colmena, mientras conversábamos y aprendía nuevas cosas de 🔺Hive. 

Creo qué este es un mundo en el cual el conocimiento es algo nuevo todos los días, hay que estar en constante aprendizaje y que bueno que existen este tipo de reuniones en el cual nos podemos poner en onda con todas las cosas referentes a la colmena y también compartir y aportar ideas. 

The date was in a nice and pleasant place called **Recco Café**, I had visited this place before, so I knew we were going to have a great time 😉.

At the place I was able to share with several girls from the hive, while we were talking and learning new things about 🔺Hive.

I think this is a world in which knowledge is something new every day, you have to be constantly learning and it's good that there are this kind of meetings in which we can get in touch with all things related to the hive and also share and contribute ideas.



Disfrute un delicioso café frío con un plus de crema batida, al principio me dio un poco de miedo, pues pensé que estaría cargado de azúcar, pero para mi sorpresa estaba perfecto, bien equilibrado, y sobre todo delicioso 🤤

**¡El clima estaba perfecto!** 😍, soy amante del clima lluvioso y nublado, aunque pensé que llovería, cuando salí de casa estaba el tiempo de lluvia, pero no cayó ni una sola gota, sin embargo, quedaron las nubes allí bien oscuras, también durante nuestra reunión salieron muchas aves 🕊️🕊️ qué se veían hermosas trate de capturar algunas en el video espero que lo puedan notar. 


**Qué bonito ver y conocer el trabajo que cada uno desempeña dentro de 🔺 #Hive y la manera en que cada quien se desenvuelve en su elemento, ¡fue un placer chicos compartir con todos ustedes!**💕✨

I enjoyed a delicious cold coffee with a plus of whipped cream, at first I was a little scared, because I thought it would be loaded with sugar, but to my surprise it was perfect, well balanced, and above all delicious 🤤.

**The weather was perfect!** 😍, I am a lover of rainy and cloudy weather, although I thought it would rain, when I left home it was raining weather, but not a single drop fell, however, the clouds were there very dark, also during our meeting many birds came out 🕊️🕊️ which looked beautiful I tried to capture some in the video I hope you can notice it.


**How nice to see and know the work that everyone plays within 🔺 #Hive and the way each one performs in their element, it was a pleasure guys to share with all of you!**💕✨

Quizás en alguna oportunidad escuchaste esta palabra muy común acá en **Hive**.

Y es que es algo importante para lograr hacer comunidad dentro de la colmena, un nicho te ayudara a empatizar y formar comunidad con personas que tienen el mismo interés, Además al tener un nicho específico para compartir tu contenido podrás también conocer el contenido de otros creadores y lograr una interacción más genuina.

Al iniciar en este mundo no es fácil ubicar tu nicho y más aún cuando queremos intentar ocupar todas las comunidades hasta lograr ubicar nuestro nicho.

Se pueden tener varios nichos, pues sabemos que nuestros gustos son variados y acá en **Hive** hay para elegir, si tienes interés por la comida, fotografías, los motores, maternidad, incluso moda, en **Hive** encontrarás diferentes comunidades para formar tu nicho y así compartir todo tu contenido a un público específico.

En el episodio de hoy les queremos compartir un tema muy importante para todos tanto los padres como los niños y es el de la Obediencia, como madre veo este tema taaan importante porque ¿Quién no desea hijos obedientes? 😇 Así que esto es algo que todos los días deseo que mi hija aprenda y a su vez entienda que debe ser obediente.

Suelo estimular su obediencia diciéndole que si es una niña obediente Santa Claus le traerá un lindo juguete, qué los niños que son obedientes, santa le trae regalos, también le digo que las niñas obedientes son niñas lindas, y cosas así, si hay pastel en el refrigerador también la soborno así que es un truco bajo la manga para llevar la fiesta en paz, ustedes padres me entienden 💁🏻‍♀️

Así que vamos a escuchar desde la perspectiva de Esther lo que es la obediencia para ella, y vamos a descubrir si ella es realmente obediente 🤔

En este episodio tuvimos un invitado especial y es el leoncito bebecito, es uno de sus peluches favoritos, la ha acompañado desde su nacimiento y es uno de sus juguetes favoritos, ahora es el compañero de juegos de su hermana Eliette, por cierto también descubriremos si el leoncito bebecito es obediente a sus padres 🦁

Para realizar este episodio del show tuvimos que esperar que Eliette se durmiera y no hacer tanto ruido jajajaja así que al final de unos cuantos intentos logramos tener unas tomas más o menos decentes jajajaja Pude haber editado ciertas partes, pero la idea es presentarles un show sin tantos protocolos, algo natural, que sea algo como cuando normalmente hablamos con nuestros hijos, incluso reírnos de sus ocurrencias es que no sabemos que es lo que nos van a responder jajajaja nos agarran desprevenidos y esa es una de las ideas principales del show de mami y Esther.

Espero que estén muy bien, llenitos de mucha salud, paz y abundancia, estoy feliz y contenta de compartir con ustedes en esta bella comunidad en la que hago vida una idea muy linda. Hoy en casa estamos emocionadas de poder estrenar esta idea del **Show de Mami y Esther** que en verdad estaba rondando mi mente desde hace unos cuantos meses, la veía a un poco difícil porque les soy sincera grabar con Esther no es fácil, si muchas veces sacarle una foto es difícil imagínate grabar... *Sé que sería algo tedioso* 😒

Sin embargo, no podía desistir, la idea seguía dando vueltas en mi mente, incluso había días en los que soñaba con ideas para este show, así que me dispuse a ser valiente y materializarlo, compre varias cosas para ambientar el set donde haríamos las grabaciones, para ofrecerles algo muy bonito a todos ustedes.

Prepare a **Esther** días antes, ella estaba muy emocionada, la verdad es que hizo su parte siendo obediente y también ayudándome a crear el set para la grabación, coloco sus juguetes preferidos, también estuvimos haciendo algunos ensayos para que ella se fuera acostumbrando a la cámara, para que ambas fluyéramos bien, y se viera todo bonito, para mi sorpresa **Esther** es todo una artista jajaja tiene un carisma único para la cámara y unas cuantas ideas que me sacaron varias sonrisas jajajaja 😜

Today at home we are excited to be able to release this idea of **Mommy and Esther's Show** that was really going around my mind for a few months, I thought it was a little difficult because I am honest with you, recording with Esther is not easy, if many times taking a picture is difficult imagine recording.... *I know it would be tedious* 😒

However, I could not give up, the idea was still going around in my mind, there were even days when I dreamed of ideas for this show, so I decided to be brave and materialize it, I bought several things to set the set where we would do the recordings, to offer something very nice to all of you.

I prepared **Esther** days before, she was very excited, the truth is that she did her part being obedient and also helping me to create the set for the recording, I placed her favorite toys, we were also doing some rehearsals for her to get used to the camera, so that we both flowed well, and everything looked nice, to my surprise **Esther** is quite an artist hahaha she has a unique charisma for the camera and a few ideas that took me several smiles hahaha 😜

No quería perder la espontaneidad de nuestras conversaciones, porque al fin y al cabo el show de mami y Esther se trata de ofrecerles un contenido natural, nada dramatizado, sino algo espontáneo, cosas que vivimos en el día a día como madres y padres con nuestros hijos, y que traerlo en formato de video es algo genial 😊

Esas conversaciones comunes, temas comunes, que con el toque creativo de nuestros hijos hacen que sean diferentes hasta ingeniosos, y poder traerlos hasta ustedes es algo emocionante, la intención de este show es educar con ciertos temas, desde la perspectiva de mi hija **Esther** porque una cosa es el razonamiento de los adultos, pero la forma de ver y pensar de los niños es diferente incluso a veces hasta nos sorprenden 😁

En este estreno estamos hablando de **Los 5 sentidos**, ya **Esther** tiene unos cuantos meses que realizó su primer cierre de proyecto sobre este tema, igual es algo que casi que a diario se lo pregunto para qué no se le olviden, así que ya veremos cómo me va jajaja ella reforzó su conocimiento de los 5 sentidos gracias a su maestra de preescolar, que con mucha dedicación le ha ayudado a tener más conocimientos.

Todos en algún momento de nuestra vida llegamos a un punto que nos hace sentir que ya no podemos más, 🙄no hay más creatividad, esa chispa que sentíamos antes parece haberse esfumado,✨ no digas que no te ha pasado porque si aún no te ha sucedido prepárate, se puede decir que incluso es algo normal así que tampoco te sientas mal.

Yo Gledys me he encontrado varias veces en esa sequía, 🙉 los dedos de mis manos no alcanzan para enumerar las veces que me he encontrado en ese callejón, casi que sin fuerzas para seguir, algunas veces llorando y sin saber cómo salir de allí, lo curioso de todo esto es que a pesar de ser momentos malos no son del todo malos pues me han ayudado a poder ser más disciplinada, organizada e incluso a poder ayudar a otros en medio de ese bache.

Es por eso que hoy quiero compartirles estas breves vivencias que sirven como un comodín y que me han ayudado en esos momentos oscuros, y que incluso aún me sirven para no caer nuevamente en ese hueco y si caigo pues me levanto.

#### 1️⃣ **Tiempo de esparcimiento:**

Y es que al verme envuelta en el día a día de las cosas en casa, la atención a mis hijas y mi trabajo pareciera que nunca podría tener un momento para abrir mi mente y expandirla, relajarla, abrirme a la inspiración, pero créanme en medio de tantos gritos y juguetes volando de un lado a otro es algo realmente imposible. 🔥🔥

Suelo tomarme unas horas solo para dejar que mi mente se relaje de todo el estrés, pensar en las cosas que tengo pendiente por hacer mientras tomo un café, reviso mi agenda de pendientes, anotó en ella alguna idea que quiera crear y me relajo un poco, incluso en ella escribo algún borrador de mis futuras publicaciones 📝

Obviamente, no todos los días tengo la dicha de hacer esto, pero aun en esos pequeños espacios que tengo me gusta poner en orden mis ideas y pensamientos eso si, siempre con mi café en mano.

#### 1️⃣ **Relaxation time:**

And the thing is that being wrapped up in the day to day of things at home, the attention to my daughters and my work it seems that I could never have a moment to open my mind and expand it, relax it, open myself to inspiration, but believe me in the midst of so much screaming and toys flying from one side to another is something really impossible. 🔥🔥

I usually take a few hours just to let my mind relax from all the stress, think about the things I have pending to do while having a coffee, check my to-do agenda, write down in it some idea I want to create and relax a little, even in it I write some draft of my future publications 📝

Obviously, not every day I have the joy of doing this, but even in those small spaces I have I like to put in order my ideas and thoughts, always with my coffee in hand.



#### 2️⃣ **Código de desbloqueo:**

Algo que me pasa en esos días de bloqueos es que por más que intente ser creativa pues no se me da, lo que ocasiona es que me frustre y me estrese haciendo las cosas aún peores porque el bloqueo persiste 🔏

Así como digitamos pines para desbloquear nuestro teléfono, de la misma manera funciona la parte creativa de nuestro cerebro, hay dígitos en nosotros que activan y estimulan esa parte imaginaria en nosotros que nos llevan a querer crear, innovar, y destacar solo queda de nuestra parte conocer cuáles son esos pines que nos logran estimular, en mi caso el silencio, el café, las películas y la naturaleza son esos detonantes de mi creatividad, queda de parte suya el conocer esos pines para activar ese lado inspirador que está en usted para empezar a crear y hablar de sus pasiones.

#### 2️⃣ **Unblocking code:**

Something that happens to me on those days of blocking is that no matter how hard I try to be creative, I don't get it, which causes me to get frustrated and stressed out making things even worse because the blocking persists 🔏

Just as we digit pins to unlock our phone, in the same way the creative part of our brain works, there are digits in us that activate and stimulate that imaginary part in us that lead us to want to create, innovate, and highlight only remains on our part to know what are those pins that manage to stimulate us, in my case silence, coffee, movies and nature are those triggers of my creativity, it remains on your part to know those pins to activate that inspiring side that is in you to start creating and talking about your passions.


#### 3️⃣ **Seguir y seguir**

Cuanta verdad hay en esas palabras de Da Vinci, todos podemos empezar este mundo de la Blockchain, blogs, juegos, y todo lo que engloba este mundo, pero *¿qué pasa luego de 4 meses?* 💁🏻‍♀️ Muchos renuncian porque no ven que sus metas fueron alcanzadas o cumplí as, que sus expectativas no fueron satisfechas, y abandonan esta carrera.

Soy de las que piensa que el éxito de todo lo que te propongas no está en si tienes todos los recursos para empezar **(Internet, teléfono celular, computadora, tabletas, cámara fotográfica)** realmente el contar con tus implementos no te garantizan un buen éxito, si te ayudarán a hacer este viaje más cómodo de eso no hay duda, pero no esperes tener todo para dar el primer paso, creo que al intentar dar ese primer paso te puede ayudar a tenerlo todo.

En mis inicios en la Blockchain, no contaba con todas esas herramientas que aseguraban que este viaje sería mucho más placenteros, incluso hasta hace una semana trabajaba con saldo para poder realizar mis publicaciones, no tengo un gran teléfono ni una buena cámara, incluso al tomar 5 fotos ya me está avisando que no tengo nada de memoria jajajaja me rio porque creo que exagero con 5 fotos creo que es hasta menos jajajaja, mi cámara no es de buena calidad, pero lo me quedo estancada en esas limitaciones para no seguir abriéndome camino en Hive.

Y creo que cada uno de los que me leen deben tener más razones que yo que si las ponen en una balanza tendrían más peso para ya no seguir, para abandonar y desistir, pero cada uno de ustedes son tan persistentes que aún están acá, y eso es uno de las más importantes ingredientes que nos garantizan el éxito en este medio, el no desistir de lo que estamos haciendo sino todo lo contrario seguir hasta el cumplimiento de nuestras metas y objetivos, seguir y seguir.

#### 3️⃣ **Follow and follow**.

And I think that each one of you who read me must have more reasons than me that if you put them on a scale would have more weight to not continue, to give up and give up, but each one of you are so persistent that you are still here, and that is one of the most important ingredients that guarantee us success in this medium, not to give up what we are doing but on the contrary to continue until we achieve our goals and objectives, keep going and going.
