Ar: كانت أمينة تقف بجانب بريق نوافذ برج خليفة، تنظر إلى دبي وهي تتلألأ تحت غروب شمس الربيع.

Ar: كان رمضان في منتصفه، والمدينة هادئة تنتظر الإفطار.
En: It was the middle of Ramadan, and the city was quiet, waiting for iftar.
Ar: بجانبها، كان يقف باسِم، المرشد السياحي المعروف بحكاياته الباعثة على البهجة.
