Emotional dependence is a quite serious matter that needs to be more talked about. It’s not something that we should normalise nor romanticise. It can literally destroy someone else’s life. It makes people settle for what hurt them deeply and destroy them little by little. My episode has one goal: help people recognise manipulative behaviour and be more aware of how dangerous emotional dependence can get. Enjoy it!

Hello hello hello! I’m so exited for today’s episode! It’s a really dear subject to me because it really helped me go through a lot of challenges in my life. We can’t change something we haven’t accepted. I hope it will help you see things with another perspective and maybe be at peace with yourself and with whatever you’re going through.
