Lizzy Russinko is a wildly passionate, misfit-loving, mama & artist - and an inimitable hugger.  After 12 years in higher education, she left her career to parent her newborn daughter full-time, with dreams of emerging as a multi-passionate entrepreneur. Over the last 7 years she has found ways to put all of her amazing higher ed skills to use, as a mama (of course!) and a business owner. 

This (Un)Scripted Life is her hand lettering studio and retreat series with a focus on sharing Lizzy’s own personal philosophy of flipping the finger to the rules and stomping out your own beautiful path. Retreat Roadmap is an extension of that work, a consulting business that allows her to help other heartcentered, socially-conscious entrepreneurs plan soulful, purpose-driven retreats & gatherings.

This week, I'm chatting with my 12 year and I learned a lot about her...which seems crazy, because...HELLO ~ we live in the same house and breathe the same air and we're together just about 24/7.

Jessica Perkins is the founder, and creative genius behind the Mama May I Shop and The Playfull Way.  Jessica believes Play IS the important work. "Play is innate in childhood and then we kind of lose our ability to play as we age, and replace it with efficiency and lists, and boxes checked off. It’s hard to get deep into play when we, as grownups, are so tapped out that our thoughts and agendas get in the way of our peace and presence."

I've known Faith for at least 15 years and have watched her grow up into a fabulous young women, taking the world by storm and making it her own.

If you've ever wanted to sit down with someone and continue the conversation, chatting about life, all the ups and downs and twists and turns that happen, then you're in the right place.  There are so many interesting people in the world, so many that have a beautiful, different opinion, that have valuable information to share, and that are full of spunk, joy, and giggles (not to mention glitter and grace!), that I really wanted to just spend time talking with them.

I'm a writer, speaker, certified master life coach and business coach and hang out in my glitter dome most days. You can usually find me with a Sweet tea in one hand and a fan in the other, juggling the care of an aging parent, an 12 year old granddaughter, a traveling salesman, and one crazy dog.  My journey is fraught with caffeine and chaos, and slapped together by pixie dust and tequila, and I can't imagine it any other way.

Tara and Jessica are a mother and daughter, but also business partners.  And while that may not seem like anything special, it becomes a little more amazing when you discover Jessica is 16 years old and they've been in business for 2 years!
