Dr. Natasha is a native of Connecticut, raised in Bridgeport. Dr. Natasha's love for God, the community, and God's people is evident in her interactions with others. Dr. Natasha has always had a heart for the community. Being raised in a family that considered it a privilege to serve, Natasha grew fond of helping anyone in need.

Dr. Natasha is an avid social services practitioner and advocate. Natasha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working primarily with Black women. Dr. Natasha is the owner of Heart to Heart Counseling, LLC and co-owner of Pathways to Wellness, LLC. Dr. Natasha also provides capacity-building and leadership training and development for non-profit organizations. Additionally, Dr. Natasha is a motivational speaker, transformation life coach, and consultant. Natasha is dedicated to serving marginalized and underserved populations.

In 2014, Dr. Natasha was licensed to preach the Gospel at East End Baptist Tabernacle Church. Dr. Natasha is a third-generation preacher, following in the footsteps of her mother, Rev. Nancy Kingwood-Small, and her grandparents, the late Rev. Samuel Gary and Missionary Sara Jane Gary.

Dr. Natasha holds an associate degree in Business Management, Bachelor's Degree in Human Service (Cum Laude), and a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Dr. Natasha holds a Ph.D. in Human and Social Services. Natasha's research interests are Black women and mental health services.

"Pretty Divorce"

Marie is the Author of pretty divorce. Here is her story.

"I was a mom at fourteen years old and stayed in a very toxic relationship for twenty-five years and had three more children. This relationship consisted of domestic violence, drugs, alcohol, infidelity on both parts, and so much more. As much as people believe side relationships are bad, and I will say I have to agree, for the most part, however, I must admit my side relationship saved my life. I was able to come out of the relationship, with a master's degree and become a school counselor. I was also able to love again and allow someone to truly love me. My book depicts my story from the beginning. How I grew up without my father after he dies, my mom left with six children, the tragic death of my sister and niece, being a teenage mom, and the side relationship that saved me from suicide. But the main premise is about divorce from all toxic relationships and other toxic situations that deserve a divorce. I believe all women have the ability to come out of toxic relationships, create brighter futures for themselves, and have healthy relationships with men that truly love them if they so choose to do so. And now I'm on a mission to show them how."

"Bullies and Solutions"

Don W. Mann is a former law enforcement officer and security specialist with a national disaster medical team. He launched his speaking career in 1995 as a D.A.R.E. Officer. Don received many enforcement-related awards including a prestigious life-saving award in 1998. He recently transitioned from leader to entrepreneur with the launch of his own successful business with his wife Angel.

In 2011, Don attempted to take his own life with the service weapon meant to protect it. Many factors contributed to his miraculous survival including the heroic first responders and emergency medical teams that saved him.

Don now travels and shares his story of hope, healing, and recovery while teaching those of all ages the value of self-care, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to live their truth. His message to every adult that has influence over a child highlights their value and the opportunity to love with intentional impact.

His motto of #knownneededloved is rooted in his experience of getting a second chance to be the father his children deserve. He brings encouragement and inspiration to parents through stories of pain that are now his platform.
