Hey Everyone! In this episode, Angelo and Omar discuss a pressing issue - food waste. A pretty large dish for a small world - food waste is a very costly and multifaceted problem which is irrespective of a country's development, or even socioeconomic factors of individuals. We discuss the solutions that can help solve food waste: from the agricultural and industrial processing stages to the household consumption stage.
