In addition, Ms. Salem is recipient of the Worldwide ERC® Meritorious Service Award and winner of the prestigious 2014 Mobility Editorial Achievement Award for co-authoring the article, "Emerging Opportunities in Emerging Markets", which appeared in the May 2014 issue of MOBILITY Magazine.
Ms. Salem has 14 years of experience in global immigration, serving in senior leadership for several practices. She has expertise developing global supplier networks, global practice management, and formulating business plans to boost productivity and efficiency.
Ms. Salem holds the Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Senior Global Mobility & Talent Management Specialist (SGMS-T) designations, and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Glenn Faulk is a Co-Founder of LGI and Serves as Senior Advisor. He has over 22 years of award-winning, dedicated global immigration experience, serving in senior leadership positions within four multinational practices. He has expertise managing Fortune 500 accounts, assisting clients with complex immigration and compliance matters, and is one of the foremost knowledge management experts in the field.
Glenn is the author of many publications, including articles in the American Bar Association (ABA) International Section, the International Bar Association (IBA) Legal Practice Division, MOBILITY Magazine, and ExpatSafe Journal, with topics covering alignment of Global Mobility services, strategic global talent management practices, global immigration service delivery models for US immigration practitioners, best and brightest immigration schemes, and global immigration supply chain management.
In addition, he is one of the founding members and the first Global Content Manager for the world's largest corporate global immigration practice, having assisted in growing the practice from a team of four to well over 100. Over time, the Content Management function has evolved into Knowledge Management -- what is today recognized as one of the most critical aspects of global immigration services.
