Exodus 3:9-17

I. God is not distant or detached from the struggles of His people. vrs 7,9

- He is intimately aware of our struggles or suffering and is committed to delivering us

II. God uses people to reach out to save His people who are suffering vrs 10

- God is not looking for perfect people but rather for those willing and obedient to him to use vrs 12

III. God equips and empowers his servants for the task he calls them for vrs 13-15

- His name symbolizes His sovereignty, power and authority to save vrs 14

Pray for Boldness to Preach the Word

Act 4:23-31

I. Evil forces will always try to prevent us from preaching the word of God. (vrs 18, 21)

II. Our duty as Christians is to pray, call on God to deal with evil forces that stand in the way of rpeaching hte word (vrs 24-30)

III. We must not allow ourselves to be diverted by the devil's threats but rather pray God's move in our ministries

- We must pray for boldness

- We must pray for miracles, healing, signs and wonders (vrs 29-30)

IV. God is ready to empower us through the Holy Spirit to preach His word with boldness (vrs 31)

I. What are we to give?

b. as we are moved in our hearts (Exodus 35:21)

III. Who must give?

a. Men and Women (Exodus 35:22)

b. Everyone (Exodus 35:23)

V. How should we approach giving?

a. As a sacrifice (Gen. 22, Lev 3:1-3)

VI. Benefits of Giving

a. We honour God when we give (Proverbs 3:9)

b. God blesses us with plenty (Proverbs 3:10)

d. God multiply our possessions (Mark 6:37, 43 ; 1 Kings

A. Doctrine means teaching

• The word rendered steadfastly means attending one, remaining  by the side, not leaving or forsaking him.

• They attended on or adhered to thier teaching or instruction.

• Not the collections and arrangement of abstract views I posed to be contained in the Bible.

• It means simply teaching

B. Fellowship

Fellowship means  koinonia

• Having things in common, participation

• A common enemy, conversation or feelings, their prayers, dangers, the same hatred for sin.

• United in danger, feelings, interest, conflicts, in opinions, and in the hopes of blessed immortality.

C.  breaking of bread and prayer

D. Acts  2:44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common....UNITY

You must have a vision for the year

Vision, Dreams, and Desires are supposed to give us a sense of direction in whatever we do

Your vision gives you a mission, your plans determine your strategies but your actions give you the results

Be Ye Holy - 1 Peter 1:14-16

God is Holy

Jesus is Holy

Holy Spirit is Holy

It means God the Father is righteous, perfect, and complete in all His doing

So you must be righteous, you must be perfect, you must be complete in all your doing. Lev 11:44-45

We use holiness to fight the devil - Isaiah 35:8-9

You must be Holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is Holy - 1 Peter 1:15, Lev 19:2

The lifestyle of Jesus Christ is holiness
