Global Frequencies is a radio program and podcast devoted to promoting and representing the diversity of voices in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It features stories of newcomers and special guests, focusing on immigration, multiculturalism, and economic and cultural diversification.

The first episode features:

- Hans Rollmann, CHMR Program Director, talks about the radio show and CHMR FM. 

- In the "Special Feature" segment, executive producer Zay Nova had a chat with Amr Alagouza to talk about Food Truck, to help newcomers integrated into the food Industry in NL. 

- Under 'Immigrant Story' we bring you Nour Khalil discussing her journey between Syria, Portugal, and NL.

- On "Diversity Talk," Renata Lang shares information and resources about Anti-Racism.

- Finally, our 'Global Music' segment features Sonia Krajewska talking about Polish music
