They have worked on cases in over 100 cases and Michaels interest in kidnap resolution started when he was a state trooper in 1977.

 

In 1981, he left law enforcement and went to work for himself because of the experience he gained as a hostage negotiator. Listen as Michael explains the lean early startup days where potential clients had mistrust for him because of his youth.

 

Eventually, he was invited to be interviewed on a television network, which eventually led to a life-changing opportunity.
