It is better and more prudent to learn from other people's mistakes before we repeat them than to wait to learn from our own experiences.

We all must have the ability to self-motivate.

Self-motivation refers to the ability to initiate and drive oneself to take action toward achieving a goal despite all obstacles or challenges that may arise. An inner drive that comes from within oneself but does not rely on external factors such as rewards or punishment from others. Self-motivation requires a strong belief in oneself.
