Jon Lamb is the owner of ARkitchen, the commercial kitchen space I currently work out of with my food truck, and he was most recently the Executive Chef at Verizon/Simmons Bank Arena.  We talk about his start in food, traveling the country in a Winnebago, and the previous restaurants around Little Rock.

Logan sat down with me in Lander's Corner and we talked growing up in Atkins, High School Football, how the market started as just a pecan stand and about some of the challenges he and the whole family have faced over the last 12 months.  I think you'll enjoy this behind the scenes look into an amazing family business.
