Benjamin Moróne is an American entrepreneur and innovator based in Warsaw, Poland. He is the founder of Zabota, a company focused on recruiting top talent in Eastern Europe and Latin America. Previously, Benjamin was one of the first employees at a rapidly growing tech startup in the United States, where he quickly moved up the ranks.

When he's not working, Benjamin is an adventurous world traveler who has been to over 24 countries. His favorite destinations are Georgia 🇬🇪 (the country not the state) and Poland 🇵🇱 .

He has an undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in entrepreneurship and is a Schulze Innovation Scholar.
