Glow is a registered charity that currently operates in Belfast empowering women and girls with life skills to increase confidence and self-esteem. Established in 2011, GLOW was developed from a common desire of women in our local community to address issues facing their peers such as low self-esteem & confidence, mental health, isolation and a lack of purpose.
