We live in a world too busy to concern themselves with your problems but quick to tell you to humble yourself.
Maybe this is just my observation, but I see a lot of people saying "be humble" when they really just want you to "be quiet."
When exactly are you supposed to speak up?
Now let me just say there is a difference between being braggadocious and showing humility. Yet, as SOON as a person cheers or shows an ounce of confidence, it’s a problem.
For the record: it is ok to celebrate your victories.
You worked for them! You’ve been through Hell for them!
You deserve it! Cheer on!
If you sacrificed every night to work on your business and finally got your first customer....
If you quit school in order to put your kids through school and now given the opportunity to go back or watch your kids graduate...
If you woke up each day, with the weight of the world on your shoulders, thought about seriously giving up and finally one day, you hear a message that says, "don't worry"...
