In this episode I talk about hiring someone in particular for a role that not everyone realises how important it is: The Art Director.

In the last episode, I was talking about hiring professionals and being professional with them. But hiring professionals need one key aspect: contracts.

It is very hard to be able to do everything well and at some point you are going to need to hire someone to do some work for you. How to go about hiring a professional?

Choosing art for your RPG is a more important task that you might think and one that requires with certain skill no one teaches you about.

However, hiring someone can backfire if you don’t ensure that person is the professional you need them to be. It is a task not to be taken lightly and there are some things you need to watch out for both in yourself and the person you want working on your project.
