Lee has worked in corporate America for more than 23 years as a Human Resources executive and career/leadership coach. Her coaching career has focused on providing support to individuals and teams on topics related to life changes, personal development, career growth, and communication.

After serving two tours in the U.S. Marine Corps, she obtained that coveted c-suite title, the institutional authority, and is respected within her company that she’d dreamed of. Her own personal journey has led her to recognize that her purpose in life is larger than the size of her office. It’s more about how she can help others rise to the top, both in their personal life and career.

Frannie Foltz is passionate about helping others shine! Wendy Kleinke has been involved in Health and Fitness since 2006. She has worked in a variety of roles including cardiac research, member services, and personal training.

She has worked within corporate wellness facilities, non profit organizations, for profit organizations as well as running her own business.
