Go Battlecast Podcast

Zack answers the call from Dom's challenge last week and hits legend in the love cup with the help of a worm! Also, season 11 has been announced and the gang discuss all the changes to the upcoming three months as visible rankings are out for one season so Pokemon Go can get it's buggy game ready for the Regional Championship and World Championships! Will you be getting the Gold version or Silver version for the upcoming Johto Tour?! Or.... NONE?!

Dom is back! Because of a slight adjustment of our recording date this time around, we're excited to release this episode a day earlier (still expect Monday releases per usual)! During this episode, Hoppip Community Day is happening but Zack and Dom decide to record and recap what was missed prior weeks with Go Battle League.  With only a few weeks left with Season 10, we get into Love Cup & Master League Premier Classic. And Niantic, Do you only pair 3x stardust bonuses on crappy Community Day Pokemon? Finally, Zack is announcing he's an elitist but can he accept Dom's new bet and achieve it in time before season 10 ends?!

Zack goes solo today as Go Battle Day has encompassed all other voices in the community. A quick recap of the Lunar event and a look ahead at the upcoming Valentine's event, including Zack's newest Pokemon introduction prediction: Will Dom owe Zack $10?!! Also a look ahead to the Love Cup and why you should play this community day other than, of course, the triple stardust rewards.

Dom's out this week so SwagTips and Boygos answered the bat-signal to join the episode. Dom reached legend in PVP this week but Swag and Boygos were feeling "Legendary" in their own ways. The gang talks about the new Pokemon Legends Arceus game and how the new mechanics can alter the future of Pokemon games to come. Also, how can the new Hisuian Pokemon alter PVP, and what movesets could they be working with when they're introduced in Pokemon Go?

The Kanto Power Planet event is here and so are .... Hisuian Pokemon ? SPOILER ALERT : The gang talks the new Pokemon leaked from the Legends Arceus games, which ones you may see in Pokemon Go soon and which ones are their least favorite? Also, is the new Community Day Classic here to stay ? And if so, should it be 3 hours or should all Community Days change formats ? A Go Battle Day recap and is episode 20 actual a landmark episode !?

There's a new meta pokemon out but Zack doesn't have an easy path to play this month's community day, was he in the wrong for doing what he did ? Dom wonders if there's a new unspoken glitch in GBL. Will Hisuian Voltorb make an appearance this week in the upcoming in-game event ? Logan Paul did what ?! And is it ok to play Pokemon Go at work ?!

Content creators Shrady and JeevesPeabody join the show to talk about the state of Pokemon Go and PvP. Go Battle Night took place during Master League and only one person actually enjoyed it. Are you ready for some Rock, Paper, Scissor…. I mean Sinnoh Cup. Will the community ever come together again as it did for “Hear Us, Niantic” to enact much-needed improvements for PVP? And an enlightening dialogue surrounding mental health and the stigmas that go along with it.

Zack explains why he can't compete in the Master League and it might have something to do with Hairy Sachs (it's the community given nickname to his level 50 Alolan Geodude, you perverts). Are Hisuian Pokemon coming to Pogo in January? The gang discusses new Pokemon and creative ideas that they want to see featured in the game in 2022 including discarding eggs and worldwide trading. Also, a new venture is ahead for the Go Battlecast, will you be a part of it?

Daniel Zyniri joins the episode to talk about the E-Sport viability of Pokemon Go and to encapsulate recent events in the game. Did anyone receive pokemon-themed Christmas gifts? Also, is it ok to only give one gift if one’s birthday falls on the same week as Christmas? And what are the names we'll get to choose for Zack's level 51 Geodude!?
