Confession: The 'glamorous' side you hear about entrepreneurship and going after your dreams, is not always true. I'm here to break the barriers on that discussion and admit to you that going after your dreams is not going to be 'easy'. As you grow and evolve your definition of what perfect was and the perfect scenario changes and guess what we say? It’s still not perfect enough. In this episode, we are going to talk about taking the leap and why perfection doesn’t exist.
Personally, I have never been a perfectionist I just tried my hardest and turned things in and that was it. But I know for many people being a perfectionist is important for them but there is something you need to know as an entrepreneur, perfectionism is not your friend. You will do things, say things, and have things that are not exactly perfect but you will grow through it and get to your dream destination by doing the work not waiting for perfection.
Nothing is going to ever be perfect, because life is not meant to be perfect. If life was perfect you would never have any drive to grow and change, your life would be boring. So now is the time to start my friend, you can find the tools, you can take the leap, you are perfectly imperfect. We can not get through our trials without going through A, B, C, and on and on.
