Created in 2016 by Denise Chiriboga, it's mission is to create strong moms around the world through fitness and nutrition in a healthy, fun and safe manner. Today, Strong Mom offers group fitness classes, online personal training, 1-on-1 personal training and nturition consultation services for all moms no matter what phase of life they are in.
