In this episode I wanted to talk about the current situation happening right now in relation to Covid19, and how being scared and anxious is normal. This is history being made. But this shouldn't mean that we can't go out of our way to help those who need it the most. Help those who are elderly, help those who are disabled. Help people if and when you can. Cause it's the form of healing that hopefully helps us alleviate some concerns people already have.

I've been dealing with a bit of a creative lull as of late, and I wanted to talk about that and how we all go through this and even though we have our own way of dealing with it, it something that you need to know; it's ok to have days like this. It's ok to feel this way. And that it's ok to take needed breaks to keep your creativity up. Don't let others shun you away for focusing on your own mental health.

In this episode i talk about the concepts of failure and how it's ok to fail and not question yourself when you do. We all fail, and failure is what will lead to success. Don't be afraid to fail, and don't be afraid to try something because of failure. It's always good to try something new and see what it does. Sometimes it may be a surprising success, sometimes it may fail. But focus and take away a lesson from it rather than question yourself.

In this episode we talk about the concept of loving yourself and how people find it so hard. Setting these goals shouldn't be the driving force behind the purpose of self happiness. I play a video by BubbleGut who went into more detail and expressed her feelings on the matter and how you should love yourself and appreciate yourself. We all have this mentality that goals will bring upon happiness, but in reality it only can exaggerate the issues at hand. Take the time to love yourself, to tell yourself that and also tell you brain to shut up once in a while.
