GO REBUILD MY CHURCH: A Call to Intercession-Part I

Last week, Peter and Leslie completed their short series concerning a goal to consider for the New Year. As Catholic disciples, they challenged us to discover, develop, and deploy our spiritual gifts! Through our Baptism and Confirmation, each of us has received spiritual gifts called charisms so that we may build up the Body of Christ. Through Leslie's pursuit of her gifts, she took a spiritual gifts inventory. To her surprise, she discovered that intercession was one of her chief gifts. She realized she had indeed been a "prayer warrior" for years. This led to the Doanes, beginning this week, sharing the call for us to understand intercession and how this practice needs to be rebuilt into our Catholic culture.
