In truth, pressure is a privilege…a precursor for abundance and success. You are built to handle the pressure that comes with your calling. Practice giving yourself the grace and understanding you so freely extend to others🤍

In case no one’s told you, surrendering is brave & knowing when to give up is not a sign of weakness. The work is done, now it’s time to let go and let the blessings flow in. You’re the only one in your way babe & you’re the only one with the power to change your life. Release that need to predict the unknown and watch how everything unfolds in perfect flow. Just sit with it. Sitting with your pain is productive. When we feel overwhelmed with emotions, our instinct is to fix it, make it go away. We feel those charged emotions and our body immediately tries to place it externally. This manifests differently for all of us but the solution is a universal one. Wether you’re someone who loves & feels deeply or someone who blocks & protects yourself from emotions; the only thing you can do is feel it in its entirety. Feel every dark part of your soul and give it permission to Cry, scream, write, play, exercise, or do whatever sets you free. That is how you release. I know it’s hard but, I promise you it’s worth it. You will be rewarded in ways you can’t imagine.

The pressure to maintain an image or persona can be paralyzing. Wether it’s fueled by the need for validation or recognition, perfectionism leaves you lost and out of touch with your authentic self. When you let go of the illusion that is perfection, you step into your truth. To show up “imperfectly” means to live without fear of judgement. Believe me, I know it’s scary…but if I can do it, so can you babe. So cheers to a new era of GWG, I hope you join me;)

What does that even mean? To me, it means put your problems aside until you are ready to deal with them in their entirety. It also means, don’t waste a good day worrying about things you can’t control. While this may be helpful for awhile, it’s not sustainable for long. There comes a time when you must face every ugly truth and fully surrender to all of the emotions you’ve been storing up. Rainy days symbolize this concept of looking inward when your external environment forces you to do so. It’s one of the hardest parts of healing; but just know you’re so close to living that abundant life you’ve been working towards. You got this!

Embracing all aspects of yourself means having the courage to speak your truth.

When you stop seeking validation from your environment and look inwards, you discover the innate power you posses. You know you have a greater purpose here…all it takes is having the confidence to live authentically. Overcoming those fears that are limiting you is the first step in the journey of following your purpose. When you lean into the unknown and face your fears, you’ll experience the limitless abundance that this life has to offer. Take the chance and watch how good your life will get. I believe in you<3

Life is full of ups and downs. We experience extreme pain and extreme love. It’s easy to get discouraged when you feel at a low point but the beauty comes from acknowledging that you could not recognize the immense feeling of love if you didn’t know what it felt like to be heartbroken. Just like the saying no rain, no flowers: you can’t grow unless you’ve experienced discomfort. 1st lesson of the day episode!! The beginning of school is always stressful, but this year has me especially emotional. I tend to take on the emotions of others and assume myself responsible for their happiness. It’s a lot of weight to carry and I end up neglecting my own basic needs. If you’re like me, I hope you also learn that your life is meant for living and those who love you would never want you to place that pressure on yourself<3

Hard work pays off. The work you put into healing yourself today enhances your future before you even realize it. This summer, I dedicated my time to deeply healing myself and I’ve been rewarded right before my own eyes. Here are some of the overarching lessons I learned in my journey this summer.
