Whatever journey you may be on, it's important to recognize how far you've come. The journey may seem like it's preventing us from reaching a certain goal or destination, but it actually plays a crucial role in helping us develop the skills and resilience required to actually reach that desired end result. In this episode, I really dive into this topic by sharing my journey traveling across the entire country of Ireland to reach the Cliffs of Moher. Tune in for an honest conversation about learning to find happiness in the present moment rather than attaching it to some future event or achievement.
