Goal Setting for YouTube

Setting goals when you are starting a YouTube channel is one of the most important things you can do. Its easy for small channels to get discouraged but constantly looking at the numbers. Subscribers, views and so on. Knowing this its important to focus on WHY you are doing this. WHY you have a YouTube channel, what your purpose is. When you know what your WHY is its easier to stay focused on that rather than focusing on the number.

Its also very important to set goals for yourself to improve over time. Making the quality of your videos higher with each video you upload. The goal you should set for yourself on YouTube is to get 1% better with every upload. This one percent can be focused on editing, audio, video, lighting, camera, back drops and more. This is how you can help keep yourself motivated while growing your channel.
