Pre-requisites for this style of goal setting: Self reflection Self awareness Self trust The good news is that this goal setting process will help you cultivate the aforementioned pre-requisities. Not great at self reflection? This goal setting method will help you with exactly that. What's even better is that this goal setting process can become a part of your life values system. It gets better and better each time you do it-- you will get to know yourself more and more with each time you revisit this process. At my gym, Iron Phoenix Strength Club, we did this method of goal setting multiple times throughout the year- which is exactly what I beleive is missing from most goal setting techniques. I recommmend doing this multiple times throughout each year! Here's the 3 step process: Step 1: Identify 3 ways you want to feel Step 2: Identify 3 action items for each that make you feel the way you want to feel Step 3: Plug action items into your to-do list That's it!
