'Tis the season for Goal Setting!

As we come into the final weeks of 2024, ready to turn the page on a new 2025 - it's a huge time for people setting new goals for the new year.

But we also know that most people won't reach the goals they set.

And so I wanted to share with you some of the things I do to stay more grounded and focused in my goal setting.
