  • PREMIER LEAGUE TITLE WINNERS? FA Cup: Man Utd vs Liverpool & Chelsea vs Luton | #PrematchMuti | 18
So much football, so much to talk about.

With the Premier League turning out to be one of the closest races we've seen in years, who are the realistic challengers?

Chelsea faltered again against a side in the top 8 as more questions are being asked of Lampard, as the money spent on his squad investment is looming over his head like a dark cloud. Meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers has Leciester well-drilled and flying high...

Man City and Man Utd managed to get their necessary 3 points in the pursuit for the top spot. Silva's opening goal against Aston Villa was controversial as Rodrigo came from an off-side position to assist the Portuguese international. However, Man Utd's win against Fulham was a formality that happened.

Liverpool takes on Burnley tonight and the big question is, can the "deadly" three break the teams three-game duck in front of goal? Klopp will hope so, as they trail the red devils by 6 points.

This weekend though, the focus is the FA Cup! At centre stage for two runnings, is the clash of the English giant's Man Utd vs Liverpool. Will Ole has his side run out onto Old Trafford braver taking the game to their famous rivals or will we get a counter-attacking approach?

  • LIVERPOOL 0-0 MAN UTD, Chelsea scrape by & Arsenal stomp the magpies | #TheCoolDown | 13
It was a big fixture that brought nothing but big disappointment...again.

One team dominated possession and the other waited for the break.
Mane, Firmino and Salah looked anything but deadly, while Pogba and Fernandes had the best chances of the game to end Liverpool's impressive home record, but the mammoth in goals called Alisson thought otherwise. In the end, Liverpool and Man Utd landed up sharing the spoils.

Chelsea huffed and puffed against a 10 man Fulham until Lampard's son - Mount - proved to be the difference giving the blues a much needed 3 points at the Cottage.

Spurs weren't messing around as Mourinho's men put the blades to their sword with a comfortable 3-1 victory, courtesy of Kane, Aurier
and Ndombele...with the latter really beginning to stake his influence in the squad!

Stone's and Dias continue to be a stalwart partnership as Man City won their 5th Premier League game in a row. Capitalising on Crystal Place's errors, they waltzed to a comfortable 4-0 victory - no surprise then, that the bookies have them as odds on favourite's to claim the title. However, are they really though?

Lastly, Arsenal strolled to a 3-0 win over a limp Newcastle, making it 4 wins from their last 5 games for Arteta's men. The young guns - Smith-Rowe and Saka - produced the goods again, but the best part was Aubameyang finally hitting the back of the net, twice! Will this be the key to open a potential goal-scoring flood gate for the gunners?

Newcastle on the other hand, were uninspired and directionless under Steve Bruce, how much longer will the Toon faithful have to endure witnessing what some say is closer to torture than entertainment...only Mike Ashley will know.

  • MAN UTD 2-1 ASTON VILLA, West Brom 0-4 Arsenal & Southampton 1-0 Liverpool | #TheCoolDown | 11
It's 2021 and we are back! Our 11th episode of #TheCoolDown is officially our first episode back for the year and we are definitely no short of any topics.

The Christmas period turned out to be delightful for an under-pressure Arteta, as his side finally delivered three wins on the bounce, while Ole and Pep shared in the spoils too.

The two managers who seemed to have been on Santa's naughty list were Klopp and Lampard, as both failed to find fortune on the pitch, with 3 points appearing more elusive to Liverpool and Chelsea than Rudolf the red nose rain deer.

Lastly, Mourinho's double trouble pairing, in Son and Kane, were at it again, scoring and assisting, assisting and scoring, leaving Spurs in 4th spot, 5 points from the top, with a game in hand!

  • CRYSTAL PALACE 0-7 LIVERPOOL! Man Utd 6-2 Leeds, are they in the title race? | #TheCoolDown | 10
Liverpool are on 7th heaven, moving back on top after a ruthless display in front of goal at Selhurst Park - Minamino, Mane, Firmino, Hendo and Salah each got a taste of the goal rush ultimately taking a 7-0 stroll in London.

Man City are still far from perfect but managed to get the result over the line with a 1-0 win over a stubborn Southampton. Courtesy to yet another De Bryune assist (total of 15 in 2020), Sterling stroked the ball home to move them up 8th on the log with a total of 23points, with a game still in hand.

Arteta's sorry Arsenal was Ancelotti's gain! The 2-1 win for Everton temporarily moved them up to second on the log, while the gunners remain in a relegation scrap, with no wins in 7games. With Arsenal fans growing tired of their side's performance, how much longer can Arteta truly last?

Wilson was on target yet again for Newcastle, making 8 goals in 12 games for him and in the end, it was enough to earn his side a point against a 10 men Fulham. 1-1 the scoreline.

Man Utd were unstoppable, rampant, free-flowing...giving Bielsa's chaotic Leeds a thorough 6-2 drumming! With a game in hand, their consistent form has put them in the running for the title, but can they keep the good times going?

Chelsea beat West Ham 3-0. Werner still struggling in front of goal, but Thiago seems to be the leader that the blues have been missing. Though, all the questions marks were around Moyes and his lack of ambition. Are West Ham happy with a mid-table finish? Watch it on YouTube

  • LIVERPOOL 2-1 SPURS! Man Utd vs Sheffield, can the devils close the gap? | #PrematchMuti | 15
Matches are coming thick and fast this December and with it comes the volatile club movement on the League table.

Wolves stunned Chelsea with a last gasp Pedro winner.

West Brom fought valiantly to earn a 1-1 draw at the Etihad, only to sack Bilic the next day, appointing the ever stubborn Sam Allardyce - will his infamous blur print be enough for the baggies though?

Another game and another red card for Arsenal, making it 3 from 5 games - what on earth is going on at the gunner's?! On a positive note, Aubameyang finally scored in the opposition net to earn them a solid point against a Southampton flying in 3rd place.

Bielsa brought the demolition machine to Elland road as his will drilled side made the "Toon" look like anything but an army! 5-2 the final score and Bruce had his squad leaving the field in tatters.

The hammers earned a point with a Haller screamer against Palace. Will it be what he needed to kick on and finally justify his price tag? Richard will be hoping so...

Most impressive was Liverpool moving three points clear on the table after coming out on top in the Klopp vs Mourinho heavyweight tactical master class. Both sides were well drilled and had their chances, but in the end, it was Bobby's late header that proved to be decisive in the 2-1 victory!

Tonight Man Utd travel to a woeful Sheffield Utd, and with the devils currently being the in-form side in the League, surely, Olé will be travelling back to Old Trafford with a smile that reflects 3 points...

Here our thoughts as we give our views, team updates and predictions of this week's Premier League results and fixtures on episode 15 of #PrematchMuti. LIVERPOOL 2-1 SPURS! Man Utd vs Sheffield, can the devils close the gap? | #PrematchMuti | 15 · Watch it on YouTube
