In this episode, I started off by giving my takes on the two stories that dominated sports media. Sooners killed Nebraska but I wanted to see more. App State is the team to watch whether they win or lose. NFL week 2 was insane with all the comebacks. Nats still suck but there are things to look forward to. DC United lost to Miami who had on their flamingo uniforms. The Aces proved that they were the best team with clutch play from a role player off the bench in game 4. I gave my week NFL picks. The Hypothetical Game of the episode is a 3 point shooting contest between Leveon Bell and Adrian Peterson. 

In this episode, I discuss what stood out to me in Week 1 of the NFL and week 2 of college football. Nats got bodied by Philly. DC United still not scoring goals. The MLB and NBA schedules got me excited. DC United is awful no matter the coach. The KD saga is over...for now. Bananaland is the next big thing. In this episode, I start off by sharing my experience at the two Nats games I went to recently. I also give my thoughts on how the team looks currently. Hope Serena does well in the US Open, threw out a bet for her just in case! I just can't call Cale Gundy racist despite his critical mistake that led to a resignation. My latest DC Fray championship was a wild one. The Padres are loafin and Josh Bell is struggling. NBA schedule makers disappointed me once again. The Golden L chase remains a tight race.

First off, Rest in Peace to Vin Scully and Bill Russell. The Mystics are the best team in DC right now. The Washington Spirit's record is disappointing, but they fight hard. DC United is trash but had a thrilling win vs Orlando. The Washington Nationals have officially hit rock bottom and are tanking. Juan Soto and Josh Bell are off to the Padres, it sucks but it's for the best in the long run. Deshaun Watson has to fight the NFL in court to play this year. The Mets vs Braves is entertaining despite being the hated rivals of my Nationals. 

Kyler finally got paid, I love it. Now it's time to embrace the hate that comes with that. I was hoping that the Nats want as much in return for Soto as I did. The Mystics are doing pretty well. The ESPY's botched the best team award again. NFL training camp is here and the regular season isn't too far away. I list my top 5 Sooner football and softball players all-time. Bumgarner was the real clown in the interaction with Robles. DC United still suck and had to play Bayern Munich of all teams. The Hypothetical GOTE is the 2017 Oklahoma Sooners football team vs the 2012 Texas A&M football team. Baker vs Johnny.

I began this episode by giving my thoughts on the MLB All-Star game. Still undecided on whether I want Juan Soto to stay or go. The Nats are trash with or without Soto. The Caps got a new goalie. The Wizards summer league team was fun to watch. Don't overreact about Johnny Davis just yet. The NBA offseason is still making headlines. The Nationals lead the Golden L standings during their miserable July. At the end I tell people to affirm their greatness and embrace themselves. 

In this episode, I talked about the Caps first round pick, incredible story. Baker is finally free and is placed in a familiar situation. The USFL championship was great, makes me excited for the future. Washington Nationals take the lead in the golden L standings. Keegan Murray and Chet Holmgren look great in Summer League.
