March Madness is finally upon us and I spent half of the episode talking about that. I talked about what the early first four games, OU not making it and I gave bracket predictions. Anna Miller from Drake hit a game winner and I'm proud of her. I'm struggling to understand Kenny Pickett going to the Eagles. Justin Fields to the Steelers makes more sense than I thought. Wizards are trash, players are hurt. Washington Spirit already 0-1. DC United still mid at best.

In this episode, I talked about the Eagles initial free agency moves. I also talked about the other moves in the NFL during this time. The two ACC games I saw at Capital One arena weren't bad at all. LSU-South Carolina women's basketball was amped once again. The Wizards' two game winning streak made me proud.

Wizards are on an epic losing streak but I can't look away. Caitlin Clark's record breaking is polarizing. Sooner men's basketball is a roller coaster. Sooner women's basketball looks like they have the makings of something special. OU softball finally lost but I learned some things from them. Mike Jones is going to Old Dominion. Eagles players are complaining about the fans. Jason Kelce retired. I finally find out who the hell Jha'Quan Jackson is. Enjoy!

The Eagles offseason drama continues but I tell people to respect the bird. Wizards are on a massive losing streak and choked vs Cleveland. DCs Soccer teams are starting back. Oklahoma men's basketball is a roller coaster, women's basketball continue to make the fanbase proud. I'm way too invested in the WNBA mock draft saga but only care about the QB situation in the NFL mock draft. I'm excited for the new NCAA video game. Trae is hurt and I'm sad. I'm trying to join a dynasty fantasy league now.

In this episode, I gave my thoughts on NBA All-Star weekend. I gave a pretty positive review compared to others. I like the new CFP format. Sooner women's basketball is doing well, Sooner men's is a roller coaster. OU softball punishing once again. Caitlin Clark broke the record. Paige Bueckers is staying in school. Joel Klatt trying to send me down a rabbit hole of QB prospect highlights.

I enjoyed the game, the 49ers lost and their fans are sick. I spent most of the episode recapping the game. The NBA trade deadline was interesting. Delle Donne is leaving basketball for a year and I'm cool with it.

In this episode, I previewed this year's super bowl. I gave my thoughts on the matchup, prop bets and score prediction. Sooner basketball (men and women's) are doing well and look like tourney contenders. Mystics team about to look different this season. Commanders keep taking small steps of improvement, but I have to see it on the field. I really want to go to that Eagles game in Brazil.

In this episode, I express my frustrations with both championship games. I gave an early prediction of the super bowl after the rant. The NFL coaching carousel is interesting. I don't agree with the Bucks move. NBA scoring has been off the chain lately.

In this episode, I covered all the things that I couldn't get to in 224. I gave my latest opinions on NFC East rivals. I gave my thoughts on the Jay Gruden, RG3 and B-Mitch conflict. The Wizards are trash and disappointed me on MLK day. Ryan Rollins is wild for stealing from Target. Washington Spirit broke my heart and left me with question marks. Monse Bolanos and Shannon Sharpe had viral takes on Lamar Jackson and Jameis Winston that were overblown. I have now crossed over to the Taylor Swift side of not caring that much about the extra attention she gets on NFL broadcasts.

My thoughts on the Eagles end of the season collapse. I also gave my thoughts on the rest of wild card weekend. In the middle of these thoughts, I gave my score predictions for the divisional round.
