It’s been a very long time since my last episode but for this recording things get a little more personal. This is physically and mentally the hardest episode I’ve ever recorded but was able to fight through to get my message out. Take a listen and let this episode be the start of your brand new chapter.

In this episode you will dive a little deeper into my mindset and personal life as you start to hear how everything came together for me while leading up to where I am today and see how things started started to align for me before I realized when it felt like life was getting the best of me during that time period.
