In the words of Beyoncé, “this the reminder”. If it’s not good, God’s not done. If you’re standing in the middle of a prayer that is in line with His Will and He hasn’t completed it yet, there is still time. I know it feels like there are unchecked off boxes on your vision board. I know it feels like life has truly hit you with a ton of bricks. I know it feels like the plans you had at the beginning of this year are now unattainable.

I’m just here to remind you to be confident that if it’s not good, He hasn’t completed it. And the good part about God, He’s the best person to have at the wheel. He’s the best potter I know that can put it all together again. He’s the best visionary, dreamer, teammate, and encourager I’ve ever known. Be confident that He’s still working, beloved.

When did you stop dreaming? When did you start accepting the bare minimum for your life? When did you stop believing that the same God who could do exceedingly abundantly for others lives… could also do it for yours?

What’s going on in our country and in our world is unfathomable. But the same God who delivered Joseph from almost being killed by his brothers, sold into slavery, and later becoming a ruler over many - is the same God today. He’s the same God who gave Joseph a dream that no one believed would come to past. He’s the same God who gave you a dream that life circumstances may have talked you out of. But it’s time to tap back in.

This is not the time for you to move without God. This is not the time for you to get so desperate that you neglect discernment. This is not the time for you to abandon the Promises of God for temporary pleasure. This is the time to be well positioned and unmovable, no matter what may be breaking out in your life.

The story of Jacob & Esau is complex. It’s a story of deception, strategy, discernment, timing, and positioning. It’s a story about how when we don’t know the value of what we have, we’ll squander it for much less than its worth. And when one person squanders, there is always someone waiting in the wings to get it.

In this season, will you squander or will you strategize? Will you trust that God will do just what He said or will you leap at the first opportunity in desperation?

What have you stopped praying about because it hasn’t happened yet? What have you stopped believing God for? What have you stopped expecting God to do? 

If we’re honest, many of us feel let down by God. We believed God for things and when they didn’t happen, or happen like we thought they should, we tried our best to dismiss them from our minds. We took them off of our prayer list and often, started focusing on things we could do ourselves or started praying “small” or “realistic” prayers. 

Jesus is reminding us in Matthew 7:7-8 that those who seek will find. Those who ask, it shall be given to them. And those who knock, the doors will be opened. Jesus doesn’t give us a timeline, but He gives us a promise. And I pray that the Promise gives you a new fight to pursue. Why? Because He is never going to let you down.

What if, in this season, God just wants you to listen? What if He’s not calling you to do or to create or to escape? But instead, just be?

So many of us are like Saul. We start off passionate and fiery for God. We’re obedient, we’re doing what He says, reading our Word, spending time with the Father daily. But as life hits, we slowly get further away from Him. We slowly drift away from the obedience we once had. And we start believing that if we perform then we get a pass on our disobedience.

Wouldn’t you rather listen than have what you prayed for taken away?

What do you do when you feel like you've been groomed for a stage that seems smaller than what you imagined? What do you do when you feel like you aren't getting the recognition, the grace, the favor, the kindness that you've showed to others? What do you do when your calling feels more weighty than the praise? In Mark 1, we see John the Baptist living out his calling — not as the Savior, but as the one sent to prepare the way. His life reminds us that a true calling isn’t about the spotlight or the numbers; it’s about service and obedience. John baptized, preached, endured imprisonment, and still considered himself unworthy to untie Jesus’ sandals. Yet his assignment was vital — he always pointed people to Christ, not himself.

Here's the question, are we willing to serve when the crowd is fifty instead of five thousand? Are we still committed when the call requires sacrifice, humility, or hidden seasons? May we learn from John’s example and embrace our calling as a pathway to point others to Jesus — faithfully, humbly, and without distraction.

Have you ever felt like you were focusing on the wrong things? Or maybe felt like you were focusing too heavily on what was happening right in front of you that you weren’t preparing for what’s to come?

2 Corinthians 4:16–18 (NLT) reminds us that what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. So often we become consumed by what surrounds us—our circumstances, distractions, or timelines—and end up making short-term decisions with long-term consequences.

We wait to get ourselves together as if time is promised, pouring more energy into what’s happening around us than into seeking Heaven’s perspective. This prayer is a call to shift our focus: to release what fades, lean into what lasts, and trust God’s eternal plan.

One of the hardest things for us to do is regulate our emotions consistently. You may have discovered that what you’ve learned is only truly tested when faced with the situation. It’s easy to say that you’re patient, but that’s only tested when moments aren’t going your way or aren’t on schedule. It’s easy to say you trust God until the Holy Spirit is nudging you to do something that challenges every plan or desire you have. 

But here’s the thing.. God will give us opportunities, resources, relationships, and moments based on where we are and who we are emotionally. In other words, God won’t bless who you pretend to be. God won’t bless the level of maturity you think you are. God won’t give you more if He knows you won’t be able to handle it. So our prayer shouldn’t just be “God give me more”, but “God, prepare me to be”.

Jeremiah 17:9-10

Ever started to doubt if you were even the right person for the job given your predecessors? Have you ever felt like your territory was too crowded and too saturated so you wouldn’t be able to break through? You’re not alone. But because you’re not alone, I have a responsibility to remind you of God’s Word. We're declaring war on doubt and fear. It’s time for you to be strong, confident, and courageous as you step into the territory God has already promised you. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy—often by distorting your mind and making you question what you know to be true. But God's word is the final authority. Don’t let fear talk you out of your purpose. It’s time to claim your ground in faith.

We can find a great example in Joshua, once Moses’ right hand man and now one responsible for leading the people on after Moses’ death. Can you imagine the weight Joshua must have carried? He was grieving the loss of his mentor, Moses, and yet called to lead a people who deeply trusted Moses' leadership. As a young man, Joshua may have felt unqualified, unseen, or unsure—but God didn’t choose him by accident. I pray that you see yourself in Joshua’s story: chosen despite fear, called despite grief, and empowered with the courage to lead. Your territory is waiting, beloved.

Have you ever heard the saying "if you don't rest, your body will force you to?" If you're anything like me, when your body has forced you to rest - it's often after great triumph. Maybe you've accomplished something you've been stressing over or you've completed a task that took a lot of energy and time. For others, rest was forced after an illness or accident. It was forced because at some point, we stopped taking care of our mind and body. Typically this isn't intentional, but it's a byproduct of a great challenge.

We can all learn a lot from Elijah. He had just come off of a season of God using him mightily. From reminding a widow that what she believed was the end of the journey for her and her son was simply the beginning of abundance and overflow. To encountering God in a whisper after experiencing the Israelites abandon God and becoming frustrated enough to challenge their false god and watch God show out. And of course, slaughtering those who didn't believe - even if it meant being on the run for his life. But in the midst of running for his life, feeling overwhelmed, likely in pain and soreness - God doesn't get frustrated at Elijah for feeling all the feels. He instead sends an angel to give him what he needed in that moment - the safety of rest. God gave him sustenance and rest so that he could push forward.

Could it be that God is isolating you to give you rest? Could it be that God is slowing you down so that you can hear from Him with clarity and full confidence that it's His Voice and not your own? Could it be that He's reminding you that you can do all things through His strength and not your own?
