When I wrote chapter 9, "God Doesn't Throw Away Broken Things," I wanted to encourage every person who needed hope.

I discovered, giving up looks different for each of us. Sometimes, there's a project that needs to be completed, a book that needs to be created or a business or ministry that should have been started a long time ago.

Or, sometimes after experiencing hardship our thoughts try make us feel insignificant. But I have learned there's something greater that happens in the midst of suffering. There is an opportunity to be strengthened and made more resilient.

Somehow there is a newfound strength that comes despite the challenges we face. If you've ever experience heartache or deep sadness I want you to know, "God Doesn't Throw Away Broken Things."
